Biography
Dr. Munro has been on the faculty of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since 2000. Dr. Munro’s research interests focus on neurobiological mechanisms underlying sex differences in the clinical manifestation of psychiatric disorders affecting cognition. The influences of sex hormones and the stress response on disorders of addiction and the dementing disorders are particular areas of focus.
Dr. Munro is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society and the Research Society on Alcoholism.
