April 24, 2009: New Online Dementia Risk Assessment Education Module Launched with a $25,000 Grant from The Geoffrey Beene Foundation Alzheimer’s Initiative
The Copper Ridge Institute, affiliated with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, is happy to announce the launch of a new online Dementia Risk Assessment. Currently, there are no proven tools that could be used by consumers to recognize the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease,” says Dr. Baker, Executive Director of The Copper Ridge Institute. “This effort will provide individuals and families with information to help distinguish benign forgetfulness from un-diagnosed dementia.” Read more.
